源起
History of Training classes 從2015年開始，學校開辦10小時一期的演講班，重點訓練學生們的口語能力，使學生們能夠上台以中文表達無礙，並在課程結束後接受演講比賽的挑戰。甚至培訓學生們以相聲團的方式，參與才藝競賽、演出、以及上中文電台接受電台專訪等。目的在於讓學生們能真正感受到中文的實用價值，以及體認到中國的文化。 除此以外，也有幾次朗讀加強訓練，針對在校內表現優異的朗讀比賽學生們，使他們在經過短暫的培訓之後，能夠更上一層樓，更有把握地接受全北加州更大的挑戰。 去年開始，學校開辦了閱讀、朗讀、及演講等短期課程。更多元，更全面性地，加強學生們各方面的能力，期望能夠照顧到更多不同興趣的學生，提昇學生們對學習中文的興趣。今年的短期訓練有CSL 朗讀、國語班朗讀、演講及閱讀測驗等四班。已開始接受報名。每班若報名人數若達五人即開班，最多收12名學生。詳情及報名請見下方。 Starting from 2015, PACS offered a 10 hour-session speech training class. The focus of the class was on improving presentation skills with emphasis on public speaking using the Chinese language. Our students took on the challenge, and participated in speech competition in Academic Contest at the end of the training class. The class also trained students in "cross-talk" (a traditional Chinese comedic dialogue or monologue, performed in rapid style) for various competitions, performances and radio shows. We believe our efforts served ours students well and they learned the Chinese language and culture at a different level and quality as a result. |

There was also an advanced class for training students who performed well in the Academic Contest. This short term training class prepared students to be even more confident to take on the challenge of the ANCCS Academic Contest -- Read Aloud contest with excellent performances.
Since last year, PACS is offering CSL Read Aloud, Mandarin Read Aloud, Reading Comprehension and Speech classes. Our hope is to offer this opportunity to more students and in turn help our students learn Chinese from a different perspective. We are now accepting registration for this year. Each class needs a minimum of 5 students for us to have a class up to maximum of 12 students. For more details and registrations, please look the followings.
