Ø 在校生以及在校生的兄弟姊妹可於4/4 – 5/30辦理2008-2009學年度預註冊。空白申請表可至學校網站下載，填妥的報名表及支票請交到400號教室。5/30預註冊結束後未辦理預註冊的在校生將失去優先註冊的資格，如果本來的班級額滿即無法註冊。
Ø 學分班將於4月27日星期日舉行學分考試，請學分班的同學和家長留意。

本校訂5/31星期六在明苑餐廳舉行謝師宴及畢業典禮，今年仍會照以往安排精彩的餘興節目，歡迎在校生和校友表演才藝或演講，長度以不超過5分鐘為原則，有意者請洽活動組。

We would like to express our deepest
appreciation for two of our parents, who were instrumental in making our
students’ competition in the Bay Area Academic Contest Speech and Read-Aloud
categories a huge success! Ms. Sheena Chin tirelessly coached the students
every weekend, ending with a dress rehearsal that helped to prepare our
students so well for the contest. Ms. Melody Wu provided her music academy
classroom for our training session and provided valuable input to help everyone
improve. Great thanks to Sheena and Melody!
We are proud to announce our student
Karen Kuo (M4A) has just won a Gold Medal in Calligraphy for age 9 and under in
the 17th Annual All-American Chinese School Brush Painting and
Calligraphy Competition, sponsored by the Foundation for Chinese Performing
Arts. Winston Chen (M7B) received two finalist honors in Calligraphy for age

Pre-registration period for next school
year is open 4/4 – 5/30 to current students and their siblings. Please send
completed registration and tuition check to room 400. Blank registration form
can be downloaded from school website. After 5/30, current students and
siblings no longer enjoy pre-registration privilege; they will be in the same
standing as new students and admission will be based on space availability.
The Credit
class will hold the Credit Competency Test on Sunday, 4/27.
This year’s
Teacher Appreciation Banquet and Graduation Ceremony will be held on Saturday,
5/31, at Ming’s. As before, there will be performance by our talented students.
We welcome current students and alumni to perform or speak for us. Each program
is limited to 5 minutes. Interested? Please contact the Activities Group in
room 400.
Looking for a place for summer workout? We still
have a few Golden Gate Badminton Club annual membership cards at deep
discounts. A new annual membership
is only $250 (regularly $400). Please inquire at the office (room 400).

Pan-Asian Music Festival from 4/20 – 5/4. It includes orchestra, vocal, dance
and symposiums featuring top-notch Asian musicians and performing groups. If
you are interested, this is a great opportunity for the whole family to enjoy
