Ø 2008年校內學術比賽已於2月10日星期天圓滿結束，恭喜所有參加以及得獎的同學，也感謝每一位勞苦功高的工作人員。請上學校網站查詢優勝名單。各組第一名優勝同學將在四月六日代表學校參加北加州中文學校聯合會的學術比賽。
Ø 應屆畢業生績優獎學金申請截止日期是3月14日。申請表請交至400號教室。
Ø 學分班將於4月4日星期五舉行模擬考，請學分班的同學和家長留意。

星島日報舉辦了一項徵文和書法比賽，邀請灣區所有中文學校的同學踴躍參加，報名截止日是3月17日。比賽分為中學組和小學組。前三名優勝將獲得獎金，獎品和獎狀。請到學校網站「相關網站」(Related Links)欄查詢詳情。

星島日報並邀請我們的同學投稿，寫作、繪畫皆可。入選作品將刊登在星島日報的【華文校園】專欄內。投稿請寄至tinsanchan@singtaous.com 。

Academic
contest was successfully held on 2/10. Congratulations to all the participating
students and the winners. We would like to express big thanks to the
hard-working board members and volunteer parents. Winners of each category will
represent our school to compete in the 2008 academic contest of all Bay Area
Chinese schools on 4/6. Good luck!
The
school offers scholarships to 3 academically accomplished students in the
graduating class. The application deadline is 3/14/08. Submit completed
application to room 400.
Special note to students and parents of Credit class
- The Credit class will hold a simulated competency test on Friday, 4/4.
Last call! Time is running out for the special deal
of deeply discounted annual membership at Golden Gate Badminton Club. A new
annual membership is only $250 (regularly $400). The website of GGBC is: http://www.ggbadminton.com/ . Please
inquire at the office (room 400) if you are interested.
Sing Tao Daily is sponsoring an essay and
calligraphy contest. All Bay Area Chinese school students are invited to
participate. There is a Middle School division and Elementary School division.
The submission deadline is 3/17/08. Winners will receive scholarship, prizes
and certificate. For details of the contest, please check our school website,
under “Related Links”.
Sing Tao Daily also invites our students to submit
their art works and wirings, if selected, will be featured in the special
column of “Chinese Campus” on Sing Tao Daily. Submit works to the editor at: tinsanchan@singtaous.com
